Every product I run is a fork of one consumer-SaaS template: Nuxt 4, NuxtUI, Cloudflare Workers, Paddle for billing, bun for everything. Fixes land in the template and sync outward to the forks — never the other way.
The point is leverage: one place to solve auth, billing, CI, and deploys, so each new product starts at "what does this one actually do?" instead of "how do I charge a card?"
